About
A small team.
One funnel.
We are three people who have shipped 40+ SMB projects across web, paid ads, and organic. No partners, no subcontractors, no vendor fees buried in your invoice.
How we are built
Why IF Digital exists
Strategy before execution.
We refuse to build before we understand. Discovery is non-negotiable. The brief that comes out of it is the contract we both hold ourselves to.
Small on purpose.
No offshore execution. No junior account managers buffering your questions. The three people who quote you are the three people who do the work.
One Slack channel. One team.
Every client gets a direct line to their project lead. A person, not a ticketing system. Same-day responses. Real accountability.
Why it matters
Every small business has the same story.
They hired a web designer for the site, a freelancer for the ads, an Instagram manager for the social, and a consultant for the strategy. Four invoices. Four people who do not talk to each other. Four reasons nobody can explain why the funnel does not work.
SMBs in 2026 spend, on average, 6.5% of revenue on marketing. Most of that spend leaks at the seams between specialists. A landing page that does not match the ad. An ad that targets people who would never buy. A strategy that nobody on the execution side actually read.
We built IF Digital to remove those seams. One team owns the whole funnel. When the conversion rate drops on Tuesday, the same Slack channel sees it on Tuesday — and fixes it.
What we believe
Three beliefs that run everything.
DIG before you decorate.
Every project starts with discovery — customer interviews, funnel teardown, competitor audit. We will not design until we understand why your buyers buy and where your funnel leaks. Half of all SMB projects are launched on top of the wrong positioning; that money cannot be recovered later.
Fixed scope, fixed price, written down.
Every engagement starts with a written SOW that names the deliverables, the timeline, the price, and the success criteria. Hourly billing creates incentives we do not want. Scope changes are priced in writing before they are done.
You own the work.
The code lives in your GitHub. The ad accounts live in your name. The Figma file is in your workspace. The CMS credentials are yours. If you fire us tomorrow, a competent next agency can pick up where we stopped — no negotiation.
Next step
Three sentences. That's all it takes.
Send us a 3-sentence description of your business and one sentence about what is broken. We reply with whether we are the right shape — or recommend a specialist who is.
