Google Ads that pay for themselves.
Most SMB Google Ads accounts waste 60–70% of budget on irrelevant searches. We find the leak in the first audit — then rebuild around what your buyers are actually typing.

Search campaigns
Exact and phrase-match on bottom-funnel intent. Ad copy written per ad group, not auto-generated. Every extension configured properly.
Performance Max (with guardrails)
Run with brand exclusions, audience-signal asset groups, correct conversion goal weighting, and a strict 4-week learning period before any settings change.
YouTube + Shopping
Upper-funnel YouTube/Demand Gen for brands with video assets and $3k+ budget. Shopping via optimized Merchant Center feed — bad product titles are the single biggest reason Shopping ROAS underperforms.
Before bidding
What we fix in the first 30 days
Before we touch bidding or budgets, we fix the structural issues that are quietly burning your spend. Six items, every new account.
- 01
Search term report cleanup
Pull the last 90 days of actual queries. Cluster by intent. Every query that will never convert gets excluded immediately — saving budget spent proving the obvious.
- 02
Negative keyword build-out
Most SMB accounts have 30–80 negatives. Healthy accounts have 300–2,000. We build the full list: industry-standard exclusions plus account-specific terms from your search-terms report.
- 03
Ad copy rotation test
Three to five headline variants per ad group — not Google's auto-generated RSA filler. A structured rotation to find which message drives the highest CTR and conversion rate.
- 04
Landing page alignment audit
Every ad group checked against the page it lands on. Generic homepage landings destroy Quality Score and conversion rate. We map mismatches and flag the fixes.
- 05
Conversion tracking overhaul
Most accounts have at least one tracking bug: conversions firing multiple times per session, micro-conversions counted as primary goals, or events that stopped firing after a site update.
- 06
Attribution model setup
Last-click is the default and it is wrong. We configure data-driven attribution and set up the triangulated measurement stack — Google Ads, GA4, and CRM — so numbers reflect reality.
Privacy era attribution
Three layers.
One ground truth.
Browser-based conversion tracking alone is no longer sufficient. We set up three measurement layers for every Google Ads client.
Server-side conversion imports
Enhanced conversions send hashed first-party user data (email, phone) to Google's servers — bypassing browser restrictions and recovering the signal that ITP and ATT removed.
Offline conversion uploads from CRM
We pipe HubSpot / Pipedrive / GoHighLevel closed-won data back into Google Ads via the offline conversions API. This is how Smart Bidding optimizes for revenue, not form fills.
Triangulated measurement
Google Ads self-reported (directionally optimistic). GA4 session-attributed (conservative). CRM pipeline-attributed revenue (ground truth). All three columns in every report.

Common questions
- What is the minimum monthly budget?
- We recommend a minimum of USD 1,500/month in ad spend for a local service business to gather enough conversion data to optimize. Below that, Google's learning phase never exits properly. E-commerce businesses typically need USD 3,000+ to get statistical confidence.
- How do you measure success?
- Cost per acquisition (CPA) or cost per qualified lead — not CTR, not impressions, not Quality Score. We define 'qualified' with you upfront: what action, from what type of visitor, counts as a conversion.
- What are your contract terms?
- Month-to-month after the initial 90-day setup period. The first 90 days are fixed because it takes 60–90 days for Google's algorithms to calibrate. After 90 days: 30-day written notice to end.
- Will you share the Google Ads account with us?
- Yes — fully. We work inside your Google Ads account (not a sub-account on ours). You own the historical data, the conversion tracking, the audience lists. If we part ways, you keep everything.
- Should we trust Google's automated bidding?
- Smart Bidding works well after a campaign has 30+ conversions in the last 30 days and accurate conversion tracking. Before that, manual or enhanced CPC keeps cost under control. We do not switch to Smart Bidding because Google emails you suggesting it.
- When is Google Ads not the right channel?
- If there is zero search volume for your offer — paid search cannot manufacture demand; you need paid social instead. If average customer value is under USD 50 with no recurring revenue, the math rarely works at SMB scale.
