Websites that convert.
The average SMB site in 2026 converts below 1%. Ours average 3.2%. The difference is not design taste — it is deciding to DIG into what your customers actually need before a single pixel is drawn.

Every engagement
What ships with every build
No matter the project size — landing page or full platform — these six deliverables are included in every IF Digital engagement.
Discovery brief with one measurable 90-day goal
We define what success looks like before a single line of code is written. Every decision traces back to one number.
Figma design files transferred to your workspace
You own the source, not just the output. Full design handover — no vendor lock-in, no escrow games.
GA4 + Search Console wired before go-live
Not connected in theory. Confirmed with real data on launch day. Analytics is infrastructure, not an afterthought.
Lighthouse 95+ on mobile and desktop
Documented in the handover report, not a screenshot of one run. Core Web Vitals verified at 30-day check-in.
30/60/90-day check-ins post-launch
We pull field data and tell you the next highest-leverage thing to ship. Included — not an upsell.
Full code ownership, GitHub repo transferred
No retainer required to access your own codebase. A developer you hire tomorrow can pick up where we left off.
Conversion landing pages
One URL, one action, two weeks to ship. Ships with an A/B testing harness so we iterate on headline, hero, and offer after launch.
Marketing sites (6–12 pages)
Next.js App Router + headless CMS. SEO baked in — JSON-LD, FAQPage markup, sitemap, GA4. Mobile-first by default. Editors can update without touching the repo.
Lightweight platforms
Booking systems, customer portals, member areas. Same Next.js + Postgres + Stripe stack that powers YC startups — sized down to SMB budgets.
Before design
How we DIG before we design
Every engagement starts with a paid discovery sprint — three to five days on five critical inputs that determine what we build.
- 01
Customer interviews
Three to five of your current customers, on the phone, twenty minutes each. We listen for the exact phrases they use to describe their problem. Those phrases become headlines.
- 02
Funnel teardown
Where do leads enter, where do they stall, where do they convert. We chart the actual numbers from GA4, CRM exports, and Stripe data — instead of assuming.
- 03
Competitor audit
Top six results for your core keywords. What they do well, what they do badly, and the obvious attributes none of them cover. That gap is your easiest win.
- 04
SEO entity mapping
We map the entity graph for your service category so pages target what AI Overviews and Google SGE are actually parsing. The gap in the entity map is where you rank fastest.
- 05
Tech audit
Lighthouse report, CrUX export, and a list of every third-party script slowing the page. Most SMB sites lose 30–50% of performance to one or two unnecessary tracking scripts.
- 06
Scope brief + SOW
A one-page brief: what we are building, why, and what the measurable outcome looks like 90 days post-launch. That brief is your contract.

Common questions
- How long does a typical site take to ship?
- A focused landing page ships in 8–14 working days. A 6–10 page marketing site lands in 4–7 weeks, depending on copy readiness. A custom platform with auth or commerce typically runs 8–14 weeks. We commit to the date in writing in the SOW, with milestone-based check-ins.
- Do you work with WordPress?
- We do not maintain WordPress builds. Our default is Next.js + headless CMS (Sanity or Payload), deployed on Vercel. WordPress plugin bloat routinely pushes Time-to-First-Byte above 2 seconds and creates ongoing security surface. We have never met a WordPress site without at least one abandoned plugin with a known CVE.
- Who owns the code and design files?
- You do — fully. The GitHub repo is transferred to your organization, the Figma file is duplicated to your workspace, and the Vercel project is moved under your billing on request. No vendor lock-in, no escrow games.
- What if our copy is not ready?
- We have a copy assist track. Our editor produces structured drafts based on discovery interviews, then you approve. Adds 1–2 weeks to timeline but avoids the most common reason web projects stall.
- Do you do landing page A/B testing?
- Yes, and we treat it as non-optional for high-traffic landing pages. We configure Vercel Edge Config or PostHog for variant routing at zero latency overhead — no client-side flicker. Standard tests: headline, hero image, CTA copy, pricing anchor. Setup included in any landing page engagement over USD 3,500.
