Engagement model

How we work.

Every engagement runs on the same 5-step model. Fixed scope. Written deliverables. You see the work before it ships.

  • 5 steps
    Every engagement, no exceptions
  • $800 first
    Discovery sprint — refundable
  • 2 revision rounds
    Per milestone, in writing
  • 28-item checklist
    Before anything ships live

The engagement model

Five steps. No exceptions.

01

Discovery — Know what you are actually buying.

$800 · 5–7 days

What it is

Customer interviews, funnel teardown, competitor audit, and traffic analysis. We read your numbers before we recommend anything.

What you get

One-page brief: ICP definition, funnel map, top three recommendations, and agreed success metrics — in writing, before anything is built.

Why it matters

Half of all SMB projects launch on top of wrong positioning. Discovery prevents this. It is the only engagement we have ever done that pays for itself twice.

The $800 is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed. If you do proceed, it is credited toward the engagement. Kickoff within 5–10 business days of signed SOW.

02

Scope — A document. Not a handshake.

Fixed-price SOW

What it is

A fixed-price statement of work with named deliverables, milestone dates, and success criteria. Both sides sign it.

What you get

No scope creep without written change orders. No hourly billing. No retroactive surprises. The scope document includes: deliverable list, milestone dates, two revision rounds per milestone, and a handover checklist.

Why it matters

Hourly billing misaligns incentives. Fixed scope means we are both motivated to move fast and ship clean.

03

Build — Work you can see every Friday.

1–2 week sprints

What it is

Work broken into weekly sprints with staging previews. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

What you get

Written update every Friday. Staging URL for review before anything ships. Two revision rounds per milestone. A dedicated Slack channel with a 1-business-day response time.

Why it matters

Async-first communication means no status meetings stealing your week. You see the work before it ships — always.

What we do NOT do: surprise invoices, scope expansion without approval, or missed milestones without advance notice.

04

Launch — Nothing ships without 28 checks.

28-item checklist

What it is

A 28-item pre-launch checklist run two business days before go-live. We sit on Slack for the first 24 hours after launch.

What you get

Performance (Lighthouse 95+), SEO (sitemap, robots, canonical, JSON-LD), analytics (GA4, Search Console, conversions), accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), security headers, and cross-browser/device verification.

Why it matters

Launching without this list means finding the bugs after real users hit them. We find them first.

30-day production bug fix guarantee: any issue found after launch is fixed at no charge.

05

Compound — A launch is not an ending.

30 / 60 / 90 reviews

What it is

Three structured data reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days after launch. We bring the numbers. You decide what to do with them.

What you get

GA4 + Search Console + ad-platform data side by side. Conversion analysis. Next-sprint recommendations with prioritized effort/impact scoring.

Why it matters

The first 90 days of data are the most valuable data you will ever have about your audience. Most agencies hand over a password and disappear. We do not.

This is NOT a retainer pitch. It is a structured handoff. You can proceed independently or engage us for the next sprint — your call.

IF you want to know what you are buying before you sign. DIG starts here: $800 discovery sprint.
